Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions via chat, email, or call
• Respond to support requests in a clear and timely manner
• Troubleshoot basic issues using guides or FAQs
• Escalate complex problems to the right team
• Update and manage support tickets
• Maintain a helpful and friendly tone with all customers

Must Haves:

• At least 2 years of help desk experience
• Proven experience with Asterisk systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid technical troubleshooting skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Upbeat and positive attitude
• Calm and composed under pressure

Nice to Haves:

• Knowledge in creating websites, online forms, related databases, and AI is a plus

Home Office Requirements:

• Perfectly working headset and webcam
• Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps
• Up-to-date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later
• Quiet room with no distractions or background noises
• A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
