  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely solutions
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers

Job Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: College Graduate, No working experience required.
  • Educational Qualifications: At least High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: At least 6mos. International call center experience or 6mos. Customer Service Facing Experience
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving abilities; customer-oriented and dependable
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and handle difficult situations with grace
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work at night and weekends
