Role: Customer Service Rep

This role serves as the primary point of contact for our clients and creditors, handling both inbound and outbound calls. Success in this position requires a strong focus on client satisfaction, accountability, problem resolution, and dependability, along with the ability to build trust and maintain accurate documentation.

At a high level, the ideal candidates will:

• Deliver professional, timely, and empathetic support to clients and creditors via phone
• Actively listen, troubleshoot issues, and aim for first-call resolution
• Accurately document client interactions and maintain detailed records
• Build positive client relationships through clear communication and personalized service
• Demonstrate strong computer proficiency, multitasking, and data entry skills
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support seamless client experiences
• Adhere to company policies, service standards, and compliance requirements

We are specifically looking for individuals who are customer-centric, dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, and collaborative, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Prior customer service experience is preferred.
