Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice/Chat Support) is responsible for assisting customers through chat by providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries via chat

- Resolve account, billing, or service-related concerns

- Provide accurate and timely information

- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions

- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times


Qualifications:

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

- Senior High School Graduate

- College Graduate or Undergraduate

- No work experience required

- No BPO experience required

- With good communication skills
