Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Bill Review Analyst to join our healthcare back-office team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of medical bills and claims while supporting our commitment to operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze medical bills for accuracy, coding compliance (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and adherence to fee schedules.
  • Identify billing discrepancies, errors, and potential overpayments, and take appropriate corrective action.
  • Process denied or rejected claims following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Communicate findings and resolutions clearly with internal teams and external providers.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of bill reviews and audit processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with medical billing regulations and coding updates.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • Experience in medical billing, claims review, or healthcare analytics (1–3 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
