Customer Service Representative-Shopify Store

About the Role

We are an international e-commerce company looking for a Customer Service Representative-Shopify Store based in Cebu, Philippines.

You will handle pre-sales and after-sales inquiries, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through email, live chat, and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
  • Manage Shopify orders, returns, and refunds through the Shopify admin dashboard.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and issue reports using Google Sheets or CRM tools.
  • Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to improve service quality.
  • Assist in creating FAQ and improving customer experience on the website.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or Shopify customer service.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Familiar with Shopify admin, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset.
  • Willing to work in flexible hours depending on business needs.
