Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct QA follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and escalate concerns when needed
• Gather work order details and coordinate scheduling for timely service delivery
• Source, vet, and onboard vendors based on client requirements
• Process work orders using ServiceSync WOM in compliance with guidelines and NTE limits
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure services are completed accurately and on time
• Request, review, and validate vendor invoices for accuracy
• Confirm service completion and report issues to the assigned Account Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder (open to undergraduates)
• Experience in QA calls and invoice processing is an advantage
• Willing to attend interviews (online or onsite if required)
• Can start as soon as possible
