Job Description

Position: Thai-Speaking Customer Service / Chat Support Agent

Work Setup: Work From Home (WFH)

Eligibility: Open to all Asian nationalities

Language Requirement: Must be able to read and write in Thai


Salary & Benefits:

  • Starting Salary: PHP 40,000
  • Salary increase up to PHP 45,000 after 3 months (based on performance)


Qualifications

  • Fluent in Thai (read, written and spoken) with good command of English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or related, but not required
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Job Requirements

  • Translate written materials from Thai to English and vice versa.
  • Ensure the accuracy and cultural relevance of translations.
  • Assist in proofreading and editing translated documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple translation tasks effectively.
