• Perform Outbound Calls via the company system
• Calls are done in english
• Reporting of daily log in and log off
• No Talking Required

The position will require the candidate to work independently, resourceful, and have initiative when they come into contact with issues.

Requirements:

• Ideal to have some telemarketing skills
• Experience with appointment scheduling and customer service
• Proficiency in sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to work independently and adapt to hybrid work environments
• Must have good command of English
• Must be located in commutable distance to Johor Baharu, Johore, Malaysia
• Must have own laptop and headset
