Description

  • Provide customer support to customers via WhatsApp.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
  • Create and maintain an SOP for the customer service process

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, especially remote CSR role
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent problem-solving abilities, strong scheduling skills, and outstanding people skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records.
