As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. You will ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

  • Assist customers with their service needs
  • Provide accurate information on services and pricing
  • Schedule appointments and manage service workflow
  • Communicate with technicians regarding service requirements
  • Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or automotive industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of automotive services
