Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. The role involves assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in-person
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system
• Follow company policies and service quality standards
• Escalate complex concerns to senior staff when needed

Eligibility / Qualifications:

• Minimum High School Graduate / College Level / Graduate
• No prior experience required (training will be provided)
• Prior customer service or call center experience is an advantage
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Good communication skills

• Willingness to learn and adapt
• Problem-solving ability

• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required
