JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Open for Non-Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 2-3 years Call Center experience
• Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
• Amenable to attend face to face interview once requested
• Amenable to be train on site

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing tailored solutions to meet the needs of commercial banking clients.
• Ensure full compliance with banking regulations while proactively identifying and addressing both current and future client requirements.
• Act as the primary phone-based point of contact, providing timely support across a broad range of commercial banking products and services.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
