We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Customer Service Representative for our Non-Voice Account. The role involves assisting customers through chat, email, and/or ticketing systems. No phone calls required. Applicants must have strong written communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email/chat professionally and accurately
  • Resolve concerns by providing efficient and clear written support
  • Handle reports, requests, and follow-up cases within the given turnaround time
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Coordinate with other departments for unresolved concerns
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service


Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate
  • Preferably with BPO or customer service experience (non-voice) but open to without experience
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with high accuracy
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, chat system)
  • Willing to work onsite (work setup)


Hiring Process:

2nd – Online Assessment

3rd- Final Interview


(Process may be conducted onsite or virtual, but the work setup is onsite)
