Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent

- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
- Skills and Competencies: Experience or familiarity with call center environments is a plus
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and willingness to learn
