Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative for a Telco Account, you will assist customers with their mobile, internet, or billing concerns. You’ll provide quality service by handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through phone, chat, or email support.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
• With or without BPO experience — fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite at any of the following: Sta. Mesa, Centris, or Cubao (Quezon City)
• Amenable to shifting schedules
