We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Home Accommodations Account team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to guests and hosts by handling inquiries, bookings, and issues related to home accommodations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookings, cancellations, and modifications to existing reservations

• Resolve guest and host issues in a timely and professional manner
