Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Spanish; excellent communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based; may involve occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, friendly, adaptable, with a strong work ethic.

  • Salary: up to 100,000
