Description
- Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Maintain customer records and update account information
- Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships
- Meet or exceed performance targets such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Empathy, patience, and active listening
- Proficiency in computer systems, CRM tools, and office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or BPO experience is a plus
