Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative with at least 1 year of experience in handling client inquiries and providing excellent support. The role involves assisting customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, or chat channels.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and address customer concerns.
  • Handle complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets, including response time, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

At least 1 year of customer service experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

Proficiency in using computers and customer service software/tools.

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.

Willingness to work on shifting schedules
