- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and accurately.
- Listen actively to customers and empathize with their concerns to identify the root cause of their issues.
- Offer solutions or alternatives to customers to address their concerns.
- At least High School Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate (K-12)
- BPO experience is not required
- Experience in Collections/Financial Background is an advantage
- High level communication skills both oral and written
