- Handle inbound calls, provide information on products and services, and address customer questions and concerns.
- Research and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, and escalate complex problems to supervisors.
- Take and process customer orders, payments, and applications.
- Make outbound calls to sell products, conduct market research, or follow up with customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints using CRM software.
