- At least 6 months of BPO experience (voice or non-voice)
- High School Graduate or higher
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work onsite in UP Technohub, Quezon City
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
- Achieve performance targets and deliver excellent service
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
