We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Financial team! In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries, resolve account-related issues, and ensure each interaction delivers a positive customer experience. You’ll play a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction while upholding company standards in every transaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about financial products and services.
• Process transactions and document customer interactions through various communication channels (phone, email, and chat).
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Job Requirements:

• At least 6 months of BPO experience in Collections, Sales, or Financial/Banking account.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Must be amenable to work on-site (location depends on account assignment).
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if required.
