- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and proficiency in the English language.
