Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide solutions and support for customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills in English, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in handling customer inquiries.
- Working Conditions: Typical office environment; may include shifts or weekend hours.
