- Maintain customer records in the database.

- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong customer service abilities, technical skills for troubleshooting, and excellent people skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage calls efficiently, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, potentially high-pressure call center environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, effective communication, and adaptability.
