Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative Communications Coach is responsible for improving employees’ communication skills to enhance overall performance, customer experience, and service quality. This role involves providing coaching sessions, conducting training, evaluating communication performance, and delivering constructive feedback. The Communications Coach works closely with team leaders and management to develop employees’ verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Qualifications:

• 2 years completed in college no back subjects
• 2 years tenured in BPO; 1 year TL, QA, or SME
