Position: Korean Healthcare Specialist

Salary: Php 100,000 - 110,000 Monthly

Requirements:

• Filipino proficient in Korean Language
• Korean National proficient in English and has a permanent visa in the Philippines
• College graduates and undergraduates can apply
• Customer service in health care background is a plus, but not required
• Familiarity with CRM systems, data entry, and email/chat  
• Can start as soon as possible

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by handling communications in Korean and English phone calls, emails, and chat.
• Provide assistance and answer the questions about health insurance plans, including coverage details, benefits, and who qualifies.
• Guide the customers on how to navigate the claims process, check claim statuses, and handle simple troubleshooting issues.
• Respond to inquiries about billing, payment procedures, and premium schedules in a timely manner.
