7. Handle escalated customer complaints and complex issues that require in-depth problem solving

8. Facilitates bookings request and cancellations

9. Manage walk-in customers and can duty at Pier site or branches

10. Handles and answers emails and social media

• 4 years college graduate
• Amenable to report onsite in Double Dragon, Pasay or Pier Tondo
• Well converse in English and Tagalog
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
• Resilient and can work under pressure
• Can start ASAP
