- Support referral processing, pre-authorizations, and follow-ups
- Maintain patient files while upholding HIPAA regulations
- Prepare and distribute medical reports
Qualifications:
- High school graduate, college level, or college graduate
- Experience not required; background in a healthcare account is an advantage
- Strong communication skills
