Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing clear guidance and effective support to ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct follow-up communications with clients to confirm that concerns are fully addressed and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Generate and analyze service reports to identify recurring issues, trends, and opportunities for process and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date customer records across all relevant systems and platforms.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support team operations and contribute to overall service quality.
