Description

Search Engine Support – Technical CSR/TSR

Responsibilities:

  • Assist users with search engine-related inquiries and technical issues
  • Provide guidance on system navigation and troubleshooting
  • Ensure accurate documentation and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate with at least 6 months CCE/TSR
  • Undergraduates must have at least 1 year CSR/TSR experience
  • Knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office applications
  • Typing speed of 32 WPM
  • English proficiency: B2 CEFR level
