- Assist customers with inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent communication, and technical skills, strong team player.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment, potential for shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, adaptable, and possess a strong work ethic.
