Job Overview – Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism, empathy, and confidence
• Understand customer concerns and provide clear, effective solutions
• Resolve issues using strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
• Meet or exceed performance, quality, and customer satisfaction targets

Who Can Apply

With BPO / Call Center Experience

• At least High School Graduate
• 6 months or more Call Center / BPO experience

Without BPO Experience

• At least 2nd Year College Completed

Other Qualifications

• Willing to work night shift and shifting schedules
• Strong English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and goal-driven
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Team player with integrity and professionalism
• Fast learner who can adapt to new tools and systems
