As a Customer Service Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients regarding their insurance needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Review completeness and compliance of documents received.
• Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
• Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
• Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
• Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience for customer service
• Has insurance background, particularly with life and retirement

Work arrangement: Hybrid (3x RTO, 2x WFH)

Work Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa
