Customer Service Representative – Financial International Voice Account

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Financial International Voice Account. As a CSR, you will handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with financial inquiries, account issues, billing concerns, and general service support. You will be expected to provide world-class customer service and adhere to compliance and security standards.


  • Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound international voice calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with account-related concerns, including transactions, billing, payments, and disputes.
  • Provide accurate information on financial products and services.
  • Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Follow security protocols and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., data privacy, anti-fraud).
  • Document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly in the system.
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to appropriate departments.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets (e.g., quality scores, average handling time, customer satisfaction).
  • Stay updated on policy changes, product updates, and financial regulations.

Requirements

  • Must be a Senior High School graduate or have completed at least 2nd year in college, with a minimum of 1 year solid experience in a financial or fraud-related BPO account.
  • Candidates should possess good communication skills, be amenable to an onsite setup in Alabang, and willing to work on shifting schedules.
