Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to adapt to various situations.
