- Provide exceptional customer service support via phone, email, and chat.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Entry-level; no prior experience required.
