Position Overview:

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support through phone, email, or chat. Your role is to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while representing the company professionally.

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer calls and messages.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Record customer interactions and maintain detailed, accurate records in the CRM system.
• Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and procedures to maintain quality standards.
• Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.

Onsite

Fresher / No BPO Experience

- at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad

- Excellent Communication Skills

- preferably with at least 6mos CCE

- One way transportation (going home) will also be provided for show up candidates with at least 6mos CCE.

- Relocation package will also be available for candidates with at least 6mos CCE.

- 10K SOB for Telco hires (with or without CCE)

- Applicant must be at least 18 years old

- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems

- Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM
