Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Channel Partner Support Specialist to join our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our channel partners, ensuring their success through responsive support, training coordination, and performance monitoring.


  • Act as the main liaison for channel partners, addressing inquiries, providing timely support, and resolving issues effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify competency gaps and recommend improvements to partner performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate channel partner performance, offering constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have access to essential resources and support.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify and implement training programs that enhance partner capabilities.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of channel marketing initiatives such as trade shows, online campaigns, and events.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all partner interactions and support activities.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of partner enablement materials and documentation.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a support role within a B2B environment.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Understanding of current trends in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

  • Prior experience in partner enablement or channel support roles.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
