• Assist customers with orders, delivery updates, and payment concerns.
• Coordinate with riders and restaurants to ensure fast, smooth deliveries.
• Resolve issues like missing items, delays, or cancellations with empathy and efficiency.
• Process refunds or adjustments based on company guidelines.
• Keep records accurate by documenting each interaction.
• Maintain excellent service while meeting quality and performance goals.

• No BPO experience up to 3 months BPO experience
• High School Grad (Old Curriculum), ALS Passer, College Undergrad, or College Graduate
• Willing to work onsite
