Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative include:

• Serving as the initial point of contact for customer inquiries
• Resolving concerns and providing solutions
• Maintaining accurate records
• Providing technical support
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience

Upon Hire:

Earn up to ₱24,500 salary package + complexity allowance + rice allowance

Requirements

• SHS Graduate (new curriculum) / College Graduate or Undergraduate
• With at least 6 months Financial Background BPO Experience (Local or International)
• OR 1 year Customer-Facing Experience (cashier / service crew / sales staff / etc.)
• With or without BPO experience
• Must be willing to work on-site with shifting schedule
