Perform the sales data, customer trends and the market changes analysis to improve the sales strategies and customer experience.
Develop and deliver training programs in collaboration with other teams that equip salespeople and customer service staff with new skills and knowledge.
Attend activities and promotions to interact with clients and present the organization's products and services.
Keep track of customer conversations, sales figures and other relevant data, and prepare reports on a regular basis for management.
