About the Role

We have partnered with a company that is a leader in the provision of risk and compliance auditing and management services to the built property sector, whose clients are some of the largest corporations in Australia.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will manage a range of administrative tasks, including handling inbound and outbound calls, raising work orders, coordinating with contractors for urgent tasks, and processing various invoices. You will also handle sign-off tickets and insurance documentation while responding to email queries and updates. You will track and close outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs to maintain operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and validate client needs.
  • Action appropriate service responses to resolve issues.
  • Perform accurate data capture and entry.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and contractors.
  • Ensure internal and external service standards are met.
  • Track and close outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs.
  • Participate in system and staff development.


Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or with 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email).
  • Proficiency in problem-solving.
  • Excellent people skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform both independently and as an effective team member.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time efficiently.

  • Job Type: Full-time, graveyard shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
  • Work Setup: Onsite
