Customer Service Representative

Work Location: Davao(Hybrid)

Salary: up to ₱21,000 per month

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Seasonal Retail Account team! In this role, you will assist customers with product inquiries, orders, billing concerns, and account-related issues while ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience throughout the peak retail season.

Qualifications:

• High School or Senior High School Graduate
• With or without prior BPO experience (training provided)
• Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite (Davao)
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
