- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information and troubleshoot issues.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving and technical skills, exceptional people skills, and ability to work well in teams.

- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, empathy, patience, and a customer-focused mindset.
