Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Telco Sales Account

Provides customer support and guided selling for mobile, internet, and TV services by assisting with inquiries, recommending suitable plans, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from onboarding to after-sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls or chats related to telco plans, billing, and basic technical concerns.
• Recommend products, upgrades, and service bundles based on customer needs.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Process account updates, plan activations, and service requests.
• Meet sales targets, quality scores, and performance metrics.
• Accurately document interactions in the system.

Qualifications:

• Open to any educational attainment (high school graduates, SHS graduates, and college levels welcome).
• No BPO experience required; training will be provided.
• Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willingness to learn telco products and processes.
• Ability to work in shifting schedules or rotating weekends/holidays.
