Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Food Delivery Account! The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, order concerns, delivery tracking, and account-related issues through calls, chat, or email. You will provide excellent customer service and ensure timely and accurate resolutions to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries related to food orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Provide real-time support through phone, chat, or email channels.
• Coordinate with partner restaurants, riders, and support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Process refunds, order changes, and escalations following company policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.

Basic Qualifications

• Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
• Willing to work onsite at IT Park, Cebu City
• Amenable to shifting schedules (including weekends and holidays)
• High School (Old Curriculum), Senior High School, or ALS Graduate
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!

Salary Package:

• ₱18,500 monthly
• +20% Night Differential Pay
