We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our Healthcare Account team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients, addressing healthcare-related inquiries with professionalism and empathy to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (with or without experience)
- College Undergraduate (Completed at least 2 years/4 semesters)
- Senior High School Graduate (with at least 6 months of work experience)
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!

- Provide top-quality assistance to patients, providers, and clients
- Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure accurate documentation and follow the company standard
